Build the knowledge and skills needed to work in dietary management through this comprehensive online training program. This course prepares students for the Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)/Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) credentialing exams.

In this flexible online format, Sarah Pittman, MS, RD, LDN, covers:

  • Basic nutrition and medical nutrition therapy
  • Food service management and human resources
  • Food safety and required 150-hour internship

This is an ANFP-approved, accelerated training program for self-motivated individuals with food service experience seeking career advancement. The program prepares you to become a CDM, CFPP and to join the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals (ANFP).

Prerequisite: High school diploma or GED.
