Come celebrate autumn like they did in Medieval times—with mead and cider! A sampling of the two ancient beverages in their modern formats will showcase their rise in popularity around the world. Participants will enjoy the rare opportunity to broaden their theoretical knowledge of mead and cider styles while honing their sensory skills on a variety of quality examples. Must be 21 years of age to register.
