Series:Pastry Perfection

This pastry series will satisfy your sweet tooth. Start with a chocolate lava cake, then make a vanilla sponge cake roll with mascarpone cream, then try your hand at some fancy cheese pastry puffsgougère with cream cheese and scallion filling. It sounds fancy but you'll have these recipes perfected in no time with the help of your instructor, chef Doris Klenke.
