Introduction to CNC Router

The CNC router is a tool for repeatable cutting and carving with increased accuracy in decreased time. Woodworking shops, furniture makers, and hobbyists can learn the fundamentals of connecting computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software using the popular VCarve Pro package. Allan Tuchman will guide your progress as you learn the programs and create your own wooden sign using a CNC machine.
Prerequisite: comfort working with Windows PCs and using a computer mouse. Experience with design, graphics, or photo editing software is helpful.
