Yoga: Beyond the Basics

Take your yoga practice to the next level. This class is for those with some yoga experience who want to deepen their practice. Build on the skills learned in Yoga Basics and explore asanas (postures) to build strength and flexibility, mindful transitions, dynamic exercises to increase balance, breathing practices (pranayama), and meditation techniques. This class is suitable for those who have completed at least one session of Yoga Basics or a similar course or three months of regular yoga practice.
